The CTS facility has a large capacity, advanced tracking systems, and an experienced professional staff.
Building
The CTS building can house up to 328 residents. The facility is set up in open dorms housing 16 to 50 residents in each dorm.
Monitoring and Security
Along with a large number of residents comes the need for organization. CTS has video surveillance throughout the facility. Monitors handle daily movement of residents leaving and returning to the facility for community appointments/needs. The monitors supervise residents by checking for verification of movement, using a system designed for corrections facilities that provides instant access to information about offender population and use of facilities. CTS uses finger vein recognition to identify and monitor residents’ movement.
